Temperature: Your turkey isn’t done until its reached a temp of 165°F in 3 places:
- thickest part of the breast
- innermost part of the wing
- innermost part of the thigh
Time: Take your time around the dinner table but be sure to refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours of cooking to avoid bacterial growth.
